Gutter Cleaning Pricing
All works can include a full risk assessment / method statement, a copy of which can be given to the client before work commences. On completion of works we can provide a written condition report on the gutters and even provide you with some before and after shots of the cleared gutters!
In pricing the work three main factors come into play:-
1. The size/quantity of guttering to be cleared.
2. The height of the guttering to be cleared.
3. What kind of access there is to the gutters.
4. The general shape of the building. Outbuildings / extensions etc.
As well as these main factors other important points to consider are:
(i) the customer’s location in relation to where we are based. A charge will be added depending on distance to be covered to get to the job.
(ii) the time of day that is most convenient for the job to be carried out.
These two factors may be helped by arranging for more than one job to be booked on the same day in close vicinity to each other e.g. 2 householders in the same street having the gutters cleaned on the same day.
*Prices for gutter cleaning are listed below:-
Terraced house. £75-£90
Semi detached. £85-125
Det 4 bedroom. £95-180
3 storey buildings – a further 25% should be added.
For buildings 4 storeys and above please be aware of higher costs for hire of access equipment.
Typically £400-£600.
